Requirements

Strong understanding of basic HR principles, practices, and employment regulations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative or support role preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

Support the Employee Relations (ER) team through administrative assistance and documentation management.
Support and assist the recruitment and onboarding process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Prepare, organize, and maintain HR documentation.
Track, file, and maintain compliance-related documentation and support internal audits.
Provide general administrative and project support.
Support compliance with Federal, State, and Local employment laws and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
