About The Position

HonorHealth Rehabilitation Hospital, in affiliation with Select Medical & Hospital, is seeking a talented and curious HR professional for a Full-Time, On-Site HR Assistant role. This is a hands-on, hospital-based position supporting caregivers, leaders, and operations, while partnering with the HR Shared Services team. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, energized by variety, and eager to grow their HR skillset while influencing hospital operations and HR strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn, contribute, and make a difference.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software program applications required

Nice To Haves

• 1 years work experience in Human Resources field preferred
• Associates degree preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical and secretarial duties for the Human Resources department.
• Provide support to the CEO and other departments as needed.
• Typing, filing, and compiling records.
• Prioritize and complete assignments in a timely fashion.
