This is a part-time, potentially hybrid role with the expectation of 20-25 hours per week. Days and times will be decided upon by the person selected and the hiring manager. The Human Resources Assistant supports daily HR operations by executing administrative processes, maintaining HR systems, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. This role partners closely with HR leadership and employees to facilitate onboarding, benefits administration, and employee support while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and confidentiality.
