Hy-Tech is adding a Human Resources Assistant to our growing team. The HR Assistant helps deliver an efficient, integrative, and positive recruitment and onboarding experience. This role's primary responsibility is to support HR Generalists, accomplish HR-related tasks including advertisement preparation, applicant screening, reference checks, facilitating pre-employment processes, preparing, and processing completed employment documents and performance reviews. We are looking to add an ambitious, well-rounded individual to carry out the following key responsibilities:

Requirements

  • 2- 3 Year of Administrative experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and be a positive ambassador for Hy-Tech.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, developing strong relationships.
  • Perceive the bigger picture, tailoring your actions to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Must have a valid driver’s licence and provide a current drivers abstract annually.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Human Resources experience is an asset.
  • Completion or working towards a post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment.
  • Assist with Global Mobility administrative tasks.
  • Administer pre-employment and onboarding process.
  • Monitor shared inbox, addressing basic inquiries, escalating to the appropriate team member as required.
  • Update department procedures and training resources.
  • Assist with content for the quarterly presentation and company newsletter. Create presentations to support meeting objectives.
