The HR Assistant plays a key role in supporting and collaborating with the Human Resources Manager (HR) in the daily operations of the HR Department. This position assists with a variety of administrative and HR-related tasks, including employee pre-hire and onboarding, maintaining electronic records, coordination of benefits, and managing computer hardware requests. The HR Assistant helps ensure compliance with clinic policies and employment regulations while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. With a strong focus on confidentiality, organization, and communication, this role contributes to the clinic’s mission of delivering compassionate care by supporting the well-being and development of its staff. The HR Assistant position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and will be able to select a schedule that is either 4x10's or 5x8's.
