Requirements

One (1) year of clerical experience in administrative, office support or human resource work.
Solid computer skills in office word processing, email, spreadsheet and presentation applications

Nice To Haves

High School diploma or GED.
Proficient in database management tools.
Communicate in professional manner.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the administration of and assist employees in completing insurance, unemployment, workers' compensation and other personnel forms.
Maintain records on sick leave, vacation, and other absences.
Handle or refer personnel related inquiries and checks references.
Assist in compiling human resource related statistics for management.
May handle paper flow for periodic reviews.
Assist in maintaining employee files.
Perform other duties as requested.
