The HR and Development work is what makes that success possible—it keeps our teams staffed, supported, and able to do their jobs well. We save lives every day, and this role helps make that happen. The Human Resources and Development Associate/Manager works across departments to keep SBRM working effectively to serve its clients and fulfill its mission. They are a key member of the administrative team, working with all areas of nonprofit functions but focusing on: human resources, development, grant writing, volunteer management, and coordination of the Board of Directors.
