Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Manager, Human Resources & Organizational Development plays a key role in strengthening the people and leadership needed to support housing delivery across the territory. Success in this role requires strong cross-cultural leadership and cultural safety, including a deep respect for Inuit culture and societal values and the ability to apply HR practices in culturally appropriate ways. It also requires a capacity-building mindset, a commitment to developing people, not just managing positions, and the ability to balance immediate operational needs with long-term growth, including advancing the Inuit Employment.
