About The Position

This part-time role supports analytics and performance functions within Human Resources, including managing the time and attendance system. The analyst will provide high-level customer service, research and resolve issues, and escalate complex problems. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries about time calculations, pay rules, scheduling, and leave accrual. The role involves generating HR reports using spreadsheets, coordinating responses to requests, and monitoring multiple email inboxes. Additionally, the analyst will assist in delivering training, developing documentation, and facilitating workshops. The position also supports employee performance programs, tracks Bravo spot bonus nominations, schedules meetings, and updates performance review statuses. Support for the Benefits Data team includes identifying data integrity issues and advising on audits. The role also involves tracking finances for service centers, preparing invoices, purchasing supplies, and reviewing budget statements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Computer Science, Business Administration or related field and three (3) years professional experience related to human resources, data analytics, or project management support; or any combination of experience and training which enables one to perform the essential job functions.
  • Direct HR or data analytics experience may substitute for one additional year on required related experience.
  • Specific experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management, Oracle Cloud HCM and working knowledge of software application programs, including Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Supports analytics and performance functions including supporting the time and attendance system.
  • Provides high level customer service to research and resolve issues and requests.
  • Receives questions and requests and resolves moderately complex issues and escalates more complex issues.
  • Addresses questions relating to time and attendance concerning time calculations, pay rules, scheduling, leave accrual, etc.
  • Generates and formats common HR-related reports including accrual reports, seniority lists, employee lists, etc. utilizing spreadsheets.
  • Coordinates and tracks the progress of responding to requests including communicating with division HRBPs/Liaisons and IT resources.
  • Monitors and responds to inquiries from multiple e-mail inboxes.
  • Assists in delivering various training such as UGK or performance training including preparing materials and supporting training delivery.
  • Develops and maintains process and training documentation.
  • Assists in facilitating workshops to define customer requirements.
  • Supports multiple projects/initiatives and executes work prioritization and accuracy measures.
  • Support employee performance program including tracking Bravo spot bonus nominations, providing reports, scheduling meeting, updating the status of performance reviews, etc.
  • Supports the Benefits Data team as needed to identify potential data integrity issues and advises on appropriate audits and mitigation strategies to ensure the highest data quality.
  • Assists in tracking finances for all service centers including preparing and submitting invoices, monitors and purchasing various supplies, and reviewing budget appropriation statements.
  • Performs additional functions (essential and otherwise) which may be assigned.
