About The Position

Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Analyst performs specialized personnel administration in support of Encina’s human resources activities. The employee operates a computer and standard office equipment, communicates in person, before groups, by phone, and electronically, and frequently moves light materials weighing up to 20 pounds; heavier objects may be moved occasionally with aid or equipment. The role also requires detailed analysis, problem-solving, communication, and work on multiple concurrent tasks under deadlines and with interruptions. Applicants are evaluated on relevant training and experience. Highly rated candidates are invited to an appraisal interview. The first application review is Monday, November 16, 2026, and the first oral panel interview is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, November 19, 2026. Appointments are subject to successful completion of a pre-employment physical and a background investigation, including Livescan fingerprinting.
