About The Position
Uline is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to help shape workforce strategies through data analysis. The analyst will identify workforce trends, create reporting tools, and deliver recommendations to help attract, develop, and retain talent. This position is part of a growing HR analytics team and is based onsite at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of Analyst experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills, with careful attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- A focus in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or database management.
Responsibilities
- Analyze HR data to identify workforce trends and support recruiting, retention, and workforce planning.
- Create reports and deliver insights to help leaders make informed workforce decisions.
- Build and enhance reporting tools using Workday, Excel, and SQL.
- Partner with business teams to incorporate productivity targets and labor goals into workforce planning.
- Improve HR data quality by identifying trends, recommending process improvements, and supporting best practices.
