About The Position
Amsted Automotive is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support and improve its HR technology and data processes. The role supports UKG Pro, UKG Pro Workforce Management, and other HR-related systems; maintains data quality; develops reports and analytics; troubleshoots system needs; and identifies more efficient ways of working. The analyst partners with HR and Payroll to enhance processes and the user experience, and to provide practical technology solutions for employees and leaders across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support and optimize HR technology, including UKG Pro, UKG Pro Workforce Management, and other HR-related systems.
- Maintain accurate employee information and perform regular data audits to protect HR data integrity.
- Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decisions.
- Help design, test, and implement system enhancements, automation, and more efficient processes.
- Troubleshoot system issues and create training, documentation, and practical solutions for employees and managers.
- Partner with HR and Payroll to support people processes, system needs, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement.
