Chesterfield Fire and EMS (CFEMS) is seeking an experienced HR professional to work in a fast-paced, dynamic HR environment supporting a progressive and professional public safety agency. We are looking for a team player with the education, knowledge and experience needed to support the department’s 600+ sworn and civilian members and 150+ volunteers. This role will function as an Employee Relations/Employment Specialist to coordinate, execute and monitor changes to department policies and procedures, assist in coordinating employee relations issues, provide HR and administrative support for both civilian and sworn recruitment, hiring and retirement processes. All employees within the HR Division are cross-trained to provide the highest level of service to our current and future employees. Chesterfield Fire and EMS is a dynamic and progressive department.
