About The Position

The Human Resources Analyst Program is Citi's flagship early-career program designed to build the next generation of HR talent. Through a structured two-year experience, participants develop the skills, perspective, and confidence needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving world of work. Designed for high-performing students and early-career professionals, the program provides a unique opportunity to accelerate your development through meaningful work, hands-on experience, and exposure to leaders across Citi's global organization. Over two years, you'll work on real business challenges, contribute to strategic initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders across Citi. Along the way, you'll develop capabilities in analytical thinking, problem solving, stakeholder management, influencing, project execution, change leadership, and data-driven decision making while gaining exposure to emerging areas shaping the future of Human Resources, including AI-enabled tools, workforce insights, and organizational effectiveness. Through structured development, mentorship, networking opportunities, and challenging assignments, you'll gain the experience and future-ready skills needed to build a successful long-term career in Human Resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • 0–2 years of professional work experience
  • Candidates pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, Analytics, STEM, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Applicants from all academic backgrounds with a demonstrated interest in Human Resources will be considered.
  • Demonstrated academic achievement
