About The Position

The Montreal site is dedicated to the design, engineering, qualification, production, and marketing of aircraft interior parts made from thermoplastic and thermosetting composite materials for aeronautical applications. Under the supervision of Human Resources Management, the incumbent acts as an advisor to managers on human resources matters and plans, organizes, directs, and controls the various activities under their responsibility within the Human Resources Department. They are responsible, among other things, for managing all processes and files related to staffing, employee benefits, and the application of current laws, standards, and policies.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources.
  • Human Resources experience in an international company.
  • 5 years of experience in recruitment for technical and manufacturing positions.
  • 3 years of experience in international mobility.
  • Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel (intermediate level), and Outlook.
  • Ability to coach and influence.
  • Results-oriented, focused on data quality and continuous improvement.
  • Good priority management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the aeronautics industry and in the field of composites is an asset.
  • Experience with Oracle HRIS is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an advisor to managers on human resources matters.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and control various activities within the Human Resources Department.
