Under general direction, provides management and employee groups journey-level professional human resources (HR) support on a broad range of HR issues and decisions. Responsible for the implementation of services and programs in one or more areas of HR. The City of Austin is seeking a Temporary HR Advisor to provide overarching support across Employee Relations, Leave Management, Employee records administration, and other HR programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
