About The Position

EspriGas seeks a Human Resources Administrator to play a key role in running the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including scheduling and coordinating relevant HR tasks and enforcing company policies and practices.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
  • Entry level HR experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office activities as main point of contact.
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Keep an inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed.
  • Coordinate in-house or off-site activities, like parties, team events, and conferences.
  • Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas, organizing procedures, and handling correspondence.
  • Provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify needs and acquire supplies, and coordinate with IT on all office equipment as needed.
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Collaborate with HR to develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Arrange any travel accommodations and submit department expense forms.
  • Take an active part in HR projects, such as job fairs, recruitments rounds, and more.
  • Coordinate open enrollments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs.
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Support in the development and execution of programs and initiatives focusing on our culture, our values, and our people.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including but not limited to benefits and leave; recognition and morale; communication platforms maintenance; and occupational health and safety.
  • Ensure effective execution of responsibilities through real-time team coordination and clear accountability.
  • Assist with special or cross-functional projects, tasks, and initiatives as assigned.
