About The Position

In conjunction with or under the direction of the Assistant Director/HR or Director of Learning & Development, this role is responsible for providing Human Resources oversight within The Resource Center (TRC) and Allied Industries. This includes the development of Agency Human Resources policy and procedure, enforcement of federal, state, and local regulations, and recruitment efforts. The position also involves administrative supervision of assigned personnel administration staff, including hiring, firing, discipline, performance evaluation, in-service education, training, development, and support, ensuring adequate staffing levels, conducting staff meetings, and maintaining the competency and professionalism of the team. The role ensures all departmental services comply with federal and state laws and regulations governing personnel administration, as well as TRC policy and procedure.

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related business field plus two (2) years professional experience in Human Resources, including a minimum of one (1) year serving in a management/supervisory and/or administrative capacity; OR Bachelors Degree plus four (4) years professional experience in Human Resources, including a minimum of two (2) years serving in a management/supervisory and/or administrative capacity.
