The HR Administrator plays a key role in supporting the HR team by ensuring HR systems are maintained and accurate, data is reliable, and employee communications are well coordinated. The role involves data and file management, responding to basic employee inquiries, providing support to the HR team around recruitment and onboarding, internal communications, training, HR reporting and various other HR-related functions - all in support of continuous improvement, departmental efficiency and data-driven decision making. This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work a minimum of 2 days per week in our Vancouver, Canada office.
