About The Position

In our hotels, there is never a dull moment. Our associates are constantly on the move, bringing the best service they possibly can. In this challenging work environment, we need someone to bolster our associates’ spirits. The HR Administrative Assistant is a key player in supporting the day-to-day HR operations of the hotel. From supporting their fellow associates to carrying out administrative duties, the HR Assistant does it all.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with members at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to embody and exemplify company culture

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 years’ experience working in human resources

Responsibilities

  • Administrative tasks such as filing, ordering supplies, issues parking key cards and more.
  • Assist in the recruiting, screening and interviewing for all non-management hotel positions.
  • Complete payroll and distribute paychecks as needed.
  • Assist with all other duties as assigned.
