About The Position

The HR Administrative Assistant is a key player in supporting the day-to-day HR operations of the hotel. From supporting their fellow associates to carrying out administrative duties, the HR Assistant does it all. In our hotels, there is never a dull moment. Our associates are constantly on the move, bringing the best service they possibly can. In this challenging work environment, we need someone to bolster our associates’ spirits.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with members at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to embody and exemplify company culture

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of experience working in human resources

Responsibilities

  • Administrative tasks such as filing, ordering supplies, issues parking key cards and more.
  • Assist in the recruiting, screening and interviewing for all non-management hotel positions.
  • Complete payroll and distribute paychecks as needed.
  • Assist with all other duties as assigned.
