About The Position

The Manager, HR Administration is responsible for managing all US HR administrative aspects of the Human Resources function. This will be a process-focused role, NOT an HR Business Partner or HRIS position. This role will analyze, develop, and implement processes and improvement strategies across all HR backend transactional services. This role will manage our HR Administration team to maintain and improve all major US backend services. This position reports to the Sr. HR Director, US. This role is remote with occasional onsite responsibilities.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • The Manager, HR Administration will be responsible for the US HR Administration function, to ensure operational compliance.
  • They will be the main point of contact for HR Administration processes for the HR team. This includes the processing of all employee life cycle process including but is not limited to requisition, job changes, onboarding, promotions, as well as termination processes, compensation calibration reviews, employee paperwork and record-keeping.
  • They will directly manage the HR Administration Coordinators, providing guidance on priorities, direction, corrective action, mentoring, and opportunities for career development.
  • Ensure the effective transfer of information between HR stakeholders, Payroll, IT, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Legal, HRIS, etc., supporting all HR administration.
  • Partner with the Sr. Director, HR, in the maintenance and updates to HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency across all transactional services.
  • Ability to analyze, compile accurate data and present reports to the HR team. Including but not limited to PTO reports, employee census reports, and required training completion reports, ensuring accuracy.
  • Partner in the management of internal and external audits. Responsible for the documentation and oversight of all internal controls governing HR administration.
  • Administer compensation analysis to ensure pay is aligned appropriately with roles in the organization.
  • Partner with HRIS on the implementation of HR Admin processes.
  • Function in a back-up capacity in the absence of the HR Administration team.
  • Other duties or special projects as assigned.
