This role involves processing weekly, bonus, and special payrolls, maintaining employee records with accuracy and confidentiality, and monitoring time and attendance inputs. You will also track payroll accruals, process payroll tax returns and deposits, and respond to payroll-related inquiries. A key aspect of this role is applying lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste.
