About The Position

The Human Resource Manager will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts on property, partnering with hiring managers and managing the hiring process through Workday. This role ensures compliance with employment laws and maintains accurate records across HRIS, training, performance, and benefits. The manager will facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training programs that support associate development and brand standards. Additionally, they will champion associate engagement and relations through recognition programs, performance management, and open communication, while also administering safety, workers' compensation, and unemployment processes and promoting a culture of safety and well-being.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of HR leadership experience to confidently oversee all property-level HR functions and initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.) to ensure legal compliance and sound decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience to support strategic and day-to-day HR operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR technology to manage data, communication, and compliance tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, critical for building trust and fostering a positive associate experience.
