About The Position

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives to include but not limited to recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. He/she works with business leaders to provide human resources execution in these functional areas. This role will build strong relationships with our Temp Right Service managers in order to help them with their human resources needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Communication: HR professionals use their communication skills to provide clear and concise information to employees, managers, and other stakeholders. They may use these skills to deliver training sessions on HR policies and procedures, explain employee benefits packages, or deliver performance reviews.
  • Conflict Resolution: HR professionals use their conflict resolution skills to mediate disputes between employees or between employees and management. They may use these skills to address issues such as workplace harassment, employee grievances, or conflicts between team members.
  • Employment Law and Regulations: HR professionals use their knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure that the organization is in compliance with legal requirements. They may use this knowledge to develop HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements, to provide guidance on the interpretation of laws and regulations, or to conduct audits of HR practices to ensure compliance.
  • Strategic Thinking: HR professionals use their strategic thinking skills to develop HR strategies that support the organization’s overall goals and objectives. They may use this skill to identify areas for improvement in HR practices, develop programs that support the development and retention of high-performing employees, or identify ways to streamline HR processes to increase efficiency.
  • Talent Management: HR professionals use their talent management skills to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization. They may use this skill to develop job descriptions that attract the best candidates, develop performance management programs that support the growth and development of employees, or design training and development programs that enhance employees’ skills and capabilities.
  • Data Analysis: HR professionals use their data analysis skills to collect, analyze, and use data to make informed HR decisions. They may use this skill to develop employee surveys that identify areas for improvement in HR practices, analyze employee performance data to identify training and development needs, or use HR information systems to manage and analyze data on employee demographics, compensation, and benefits.
  • Ethical Behavior: HR professionals use their ethical behavior skills to ensure that all employees are treated fairly and equitably. They may use this skill to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee information, treat all employees with respect and professionalism, or ensure that all HR practices are conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct recruitment efforts utilizing partnerships and programs
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Analyze internal and external compensation data/trends and perform pay for performance reviews with managers to ensure market competitiveness and position equity.
  • Guide and coach supervisors and provide corporate process integrity for the Company’s performance management system: i.e., performance appraisals, individual development plans, personal improvement plans, and progressive discipline.
  • Lead, respond to, investigate, and recommend resolution of employee issues and complaints.
  • Perform exit interviews and stay interviews, semi-annual focus groups, semi-annual employe engagement survey, analyze data, and make recommendations to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Provide guidance to managers, and employees in the navigation of FMLA, ADA, and other leave or accommodation situations.
  • Lead the business design and execution of the Company’s on-boarding program.
  • Assist in the development and execution of the Company’s wellness program.
