Requirements

  • High-energy hourly and professional recruiter
  • Experience with social media tools and job boards (i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, Career Builder, etc.)

  • Experience in recruitment for hourly, technician, and professional level positions.
  • Experience assessing candidate skills and abilities during phone screens and on-site interviews.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers to define position requirements and create/update job descriptions.

  • Experience identifying new and creative avenues for recruiting.
  • Experience collaborating with Human Resources teams and hiring managers on recruiting processes and talent pipeline utilization.

  • Experience with co-op program management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full life cycle recruitment efforts for hourly, technician, and professional level positions.
  • Assess candidate skills and abilities during phone screens and on-site interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements. Create or update job descriptions as needed.
  • Build relationships with High schools, Technical Colleges & University Campuses.
  • Proactively source, screen and build a pipeline for all of technical positions using social media tools and job boards (i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, Career Builder, etc.).
  • Identify new and creative avenues for recruiting. Collaborate with the Human Resources team and hiring managers on ways to improve our recruiting processes and utilize the talent pipeline.
  • Act as face of Sub-Zero Group at local events, partnerships, meetups, and conferences to promote the Sub Zero Group, Inc. careers.
  • Co-op program management through recruitment, co-op experience/development, offboarding and building future candidate pipeline.
