Requirements

  • Must have a complete understanding of HR policies, labor laws, hiring processes, confidentiality rules, and workplace compliance
  • Strong organization, record-keeping, and multitasking abilities
  • Clear written and verbal communication for interacting with employees, managers, and job applicants
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll software, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Accuracy in handling employee data, forms, payroll inputs, and compliance documents
  • Helps resolve minor employee issues, scheduling conflicts, or documentation gaps
  • Ability to support employees professionally and handle sensitive issues with empathy
  • Trusted to manage private employee information and follow ethical HR practices
  • Verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees and customers
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring complete documentation and related materials
  • Ensure complete and correct documentation of all employee records and maintain employee’s information
  • Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
  • Assist in the creation and completion of education and training materials and policies and procedures for department and Fratco
  • Assist outside contractors with Fratco policy compliance while on site
  • Manage talent acquisition process, collaboration with department managers to understand skills competencies required for open positions
  • Work within a team environment, effectively communicating with internal and external team members and in accordance with company objectives, policies and procedures
  • Display exceptional communication skills in daily email, phone, and face to face interaction when providing information and services
  • Consistently return phone calls, messages, and email promptly.
  • Is timely and responsive to meeting turnaround time for documents and requests that require a response
  • Promote team effort in helping each other
  • Provide support and training materials for all locations
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of FRATCO, especially products, operations, financial, customers, and personal information
  • Maintain a positive cooperative working relationship with customers, community and those people superior or subordinate to this position, as well as peers
  • Supports payroll processing, verifies timekeeping, manages benefits enrollment, and answers employee compensation questions
  • Supports safety programs, incident reporting, and wellness initiatives
  • Tracks metrics like turnover, attendance, and staffing trends to support leadership decisions.
  • Onboarding and offboarding guides new hires through setup and ensure smooth transitions when employees leave.
  • Compliance and policies ensure adherence to labor laws, updates policies, manage audits, and reduce legal risks
