Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviewing, and new hire orientation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee training, development programs, and performance evaluations.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
