The primary purpose of the Human Resource Coordinator is to facilitate daily HR operations by providing administrative support, compiling and keeping personnel records, and acting as the first point of contact for staff inquiries. They bridge the gap between policy and practice, ensuring that recruitment, onboarding, and compliance activities are executed with precision to support a positive employee experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in human resources roles, with a focus on performance management and HR administration.
Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct data entry and maintain accurate employee records.
Sort, file, and maintain incoming documentation/records.
Answering inbound phone calls.
Scheduling and aiding in setting up interviews.
Assist with various aspects of human resources management, such as employee relations, benefits administration, and HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
