About The Position

The HR Coordinator supports the HR team, managers, and employees to deliver day-to-day HR support while helping implement people initiatives across a global organization. The role adapts to evolving business priorities, assigned client groups, and projects. This role contributes to employee engagement, manager effectiveness, legal compliance, and a positive employee experience across a global workforce. The HR Coordinator provides guidance on routine HR matters, makes decisions within established policies, and escalates complex issues.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers on routine HR matters, escalating more complex matters to the appropriate HRBP or specialist.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with employees, managers, and People Team colleagues across a diverse, global organization.
  • Provide HR coordination and support to assigned business groups, with opportunities to gain exposure to different functions, countries, and areas of HR as skills and experience develop.
  • Support HRBPs with employee relations, performance management, organizational changes, investigations, policy development, and other employee matters, gradually taking on increased responsibility as appropriate.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, HR Operations, and other People functions to provide an effective and consistent employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and prepare HR documentation, correspondence, reports, and other employee-related materials.
  • Participate in regional and global HR initiatives, process improvements, and cross-functional projects, providing opportunities to develop broader HR knowledge and experience.
  • Develop knowledge of applicable employment laws, policies, and HR practices in the United States and other assigned countries, supporting compliance under the guidance of HRBPs and subject matter experts.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning, remaining open to different perspectives, cultures, and ways of working across a global organization.
