About The Position
Caregivers NW provides non-medical in-home care all around the Idaho Falls area. Our mission is simple: We improve the lives of those entrusted to our care. Love helping people, building great teams, and making the workplace better? CareGivers NW is looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the go-to HR resource for our Idaho Falls location, helping with recruiting, onboarding, employee support, benefits, compliance, and everything in between. You’ll work closely with our team while making a real difference in the employee experience.
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- A passion for supporting employees
- The ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality
- 2+ years of HR experience preferred

- Helping create a workplace where employees feel supported, valued, and set up to succeed
