Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Valid Driver's License with proof of current insurance & reliable transportation.
  • Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (we will help)
  • Current CPR Certification (we will help) & Proof of Negative TB Test (we can test)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with iSolved is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage compliance documents (state and Medicare) to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Input, organize, and maintain data in various systems, including compliance databases and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with preparation and management of reports, presentations, and documentation as needed using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper handling and tracking of compliance-related materials.
  • Learn and utilize ClickUp for compliance tracking and office support.
  • Assist with audits or reviews of compliance documentation.
  • Provide general office support, including basic tech support.
