About The Position

The Staff Pad has partnered with a well-known healthcare organization in Hamilton, TX to find a Human Resources Clerk to play a key role in creating a positive employee experience through onboarding, education management, and HR administration.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Professional & able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous receptionist experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate monthly new hire orientation, including scheduling, organizing refreshments, materials, and presentations
  • Manage employee training and Health.edu education requirements
  • Assign courses to employees, monitor progress, and report compliance status
  • Partner with leadership to review and update training programs
  • Process employee changes, including transfers, promotions, status changes, terminations, name changes, and salary adjustments
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
