The Human Resource Coordinator will assist with open and new position administration, educate newly hired employees on HR-established practices, and be responsible for employee life cycle administration. This includes entering new hires, status changes, and rate changes into the HRIS. The role also involves assisting with the implementation of a new HRIS platform, managing employee data, providing support to employees on HR-related topics, assisting with regulatory reporting, and handling follow-ups and inquiries from HR vendors. Additionally, the coordinator will maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, ensure employee file compliance, and assist with onboarding efforts.
