Covenant Aviation Security (CAS) is seeking a Human Resources Associate to support human resources and administrative operations at Denver International Airport (DEN). Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Associate provides paraprofessional and technical support across a variety of human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training administration, payroll support, recordkeeping, compliance, and workforce support. This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient administration of personnel processes and supporting a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and airport requirements.
