The position also includes greeting visitors, managing HR communications, monitoring regulatory activity, operating data capture technology, updating HR systems like ADP Workforce, scheduling DOT certifications and screenings, assisting with onboarding, maintaining data analytics, processing invoices, ordering office supplies, and coordinating transit board documents. The role requires maintaining confidentiality and working effectively with minimal supervision.
