Banesco USA is seeking a Human Capital Specialist for our Human Capital business unit.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or psychology (completed or actively in-progress); or equivalent experience.
1 to 3 years of experience in HR-related functions, specifically in exposure to talent acquisition, job descriptions, and general administrative support.
Proficient Microsoft suite products is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
Ability to be adaptable and flexible to change; comfortable with ambiguity when dealing with new tasks and process updates.
Strong customer service skills, ensuring satisfaction of both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in daily tasks ensuring assignments are completed accurately and on time.
Nice To Haves
experience with ADP or similar HRIS systems is a plus.
Familiarity with digital communication or design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruitment including job analysis, posting roles, sourcing, and screening resumes.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS to ensure accuracy.
Conduct initial screenings and serve as the primary, professional point of contact for candidates.
Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation, ensuring a welcoming and structured introduction to the Bank.
Deliver excellent onboarding experiences by working closely with new hires from offer acceptance through their first week.
Oversee the timely completion of the New Hire Checklist and collection of compliance documentation.
Manage internal employee inquiries in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service.
Maintain digital employee personnel files and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Responsible for completing assigned annual training programs.
Performs other functions and/or duties as assigned.
