About The Position

Guidehouse is currently seeking human capital and project management professionals in support of our Department of Navy client. This role involves developing communications and change management materials on training programs, supporting and modifying SOPs on managing cohorts and conducting outreach to training participants, and having knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track training programs and participants. The position also supports workforce integration activities and data analysis to enable client decision-making. Additionally, it requires applying project management and organizational skills, including collection and dissemination of meeting notes, developing and tracking action items, developing standardized programmatic activities, and communicating clearly with partners and clients on progress and status.

Requirements

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • One (1) year experience in project management and presentation development.

Nice To Haves

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Organizational Development, IO Psychology, or related field
  • Currently possess one or more of the following certifications: Program Management Professional (PMP), Change Management certifications (CCMP)
