DCWP is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Human Capital professional to serve as a Human Capital Operations Associate within the Human Capital Division. Reporting to Human Capital leadership, the Associate will support personnel operations, organizational management, workforce planning, and personnel transactions. This role is essential to ensuring the agency's Human Capital operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with City policies and civil service requirements while serving as a liaison with agency divisions and oversight agencies.
