About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and communicate effectively during deliveries.
• Build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with store managers, teammates, and commercial customers.
• Follow delivery processes and fleet safety guidelines to ensure accurate, on-time routes.
• Drive company vehicles to transport automotive parts to commercial customers and AutoZone stores.
• Maintain proper documentation for each delivery.
• Follow company policies, safety protocols, and fleet PPE guidelines while ensuring accident-free transportation.
• Complete daily vehicle checklists, keep vehicles clean, and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Support store merchandising standards as needed.
• Pick up returns, process merchandise, and efficiently and accurately restock items from route deliveries.
• Assist DIY customers in-store between deliveries by locating merchandise, sharing product knowledge, and offering installation services.
• Stay informed about current automotive promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
