About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a Hub Delivery Driver to make efficient, on-time deliveries while supporting commercial customers and store operations. The driver uses company-provided vehicles to transport automotive parts safely and professionally; no CDL is required. The role also supports in-store customer service, merchandise handling, and store standards between deliveries.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet AutoZone driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Availability for a full-time flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service during deliveries and build customer relationships through clear communication.
• Collaborate with store managers, teammates, and commercial customers to support smooth operations.
• Follow delivery processes to ensure accurate, on-time routes and comply with fleet safety guidelines.
• Transport automotive parts to commercial customers and AutoZone stores using company vehicles, and maintain delivery documentation.
• Follow company policies, safety protocols, and fleet PPE guidelines to help ensure accident-free transportation.
• Complete daily vehicle checklists, keep vehicles clean, report maintenance issues, and support store merchandising standards as needed.
• Pick up returns, process merchandise, and accurately restock items from route deliveries.
• Assist DIY customers in-store between deliveries by helping locate merchandise, sharing product knowledge, and offering installation services.
• Stay informed about current automotive promotions through AutoZone systems.
