About The Position

AutoZone’s Hub Driver supports store teams and commercial customers by delivering automotive parts safely and on time using company-provided vehicles; no CDL is required. The role also supports store operations by processing returns, restocking merchandise, and assisting DIY customers between deliveries. Drivers follow structured delivery processes and fleet safety requirements, maintain delivery documentation and vehicle cleanliness, and help uphold store merchandising standards. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and comply with AutoZone’s driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Must be able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Must be available for a full-time flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service during deliveries and build customer relationships through clear communication.
• Collaborate with store managers, teammates, and commercial customers to support smooth operations and an engaged work environment.
• Follow delivery processes to complete accurate, on-time routes and comply with fleet safety guidelines.
• Drive company vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and AutoZone stores, and maintain delivery documentation.
• Follow company policies, safety protocols, and fleet PPE guidelines to support safe, accident-free transportation.
• Complete daily vehicle checklists, keep vehicles clean, and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Support store merchandising standards as needed.
• Pick up returns, process merchandise, and accurately restock items from route deliveries.
• Assist DIY customers in-store between deliveries by locating merchandise, sharing product knowledge, and offering installation services.
• Stay informed about current automotive promotions through AutoZone systems.
