About The Position

AutoZone’s Hub Delivery Driver provides customer-focused delivery service while supporting commercial customers and store operations. The role uses company-provided vehicles to transport automotive parts safely and professionally, with no CDL required. Drivers also support store operations and may assist DIY customers between deliveries.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license and comply with AutoZone’s driver safety requirements.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
Availability for a full-time flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
Previous experience in automotive retail.
A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional customer service during deliveries and build strong customer relationships through clear communication.
Collaborate with store managers, teammates, and commercial customers to support smooth operations.
Follow delivery processes to ensure accurate, on-time routes and comply with fleet safety guidelines.
Drive company vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and AutoZone stores.
Maintain proper documentation for each delivery.
Follow company policies, safety protocols, and fleet PPE guidelines to support accident-free transportation.
Complete daily vehicle checklists, keep vehicles clean, and promptly report maintenance issues.
Support store merchandising standards as needed.
Pick up returns, process merchandise, and efficiently and accurately restock items from route deliveries.
Assist DIY customers in-store between deliveries by helping locate merchandise, providing product knowledge, and offering installation services.
Stay informed about current automotive promotions through AutoZone systems.
