The HUB Coordinator will oversee all hub operations at assigned facility locations, ensuring that hub facilities meet the standards agreed with the customer regarding protection protocols and security. This role involves managing storage infrastructure for DDC fleet vehicles and accommodating APR vehicle needs. The position also includes overseeing vehicle reception, coordinating vehicle setup, maintenance schedules, and minor inspection checks. Additionally, the HUB Coordinator will oversee the implementation of required vehicle system updates and software, monitor vehicle uptime, and address maintenance needs promptly. Route planning and optimization are key responsibilities, involving planning routes to maximize data collection effectiveness and continuously optimizing them based on performance data and collection targets. The role also provides team support, including completion of various control sheets, assigning daily shifts, supporting dispatch operations (multiple shifts per day, 7 days/week), monitoring personnel performance, conducting evaluations, supporting training and onboarding, and ensuring personnel meet qualifications. Conflict resolution and maintaining positive team morale are also part of the support function. Data handling and quality assurance involve orchestrating and monitoring data handling operations, managing the collection and secure transportation of recorded data storage media, and monitoring daily data collection progress against monthly targets.
