About The Position

Applus IDIADA is a global partner to the automotive industry with over 30 years’ experience supporting its clients in product development activities by providing design, engineering, testing and homologation services. The HUB Coordinator will oversee all hub operations at assigned facility locations, ensuring facilities meet customer standards for protection protocols and security. This role involves managing storage infrastructure for DDC fleet vehicles and accommodating APR vehicle needs, overseeing vehicle reception and setup, coordinating maintenance schedules and minor inspection checks, and overseeing the implementation of required vehicle system updates and software. The coordinator will monitor vehicle uptime, address maintenance needs promptly, and plan routes to maximize data collection effectiveness under varying conditions, continuously optimizing routes based on performance data and collection targets. Additionally, the role involves supporting the completion of driver and driving sheets, driver's hours control sheets, assigning daily shifts, supporting dispatch operations (multiple shifts per day, 7 days/week), monitoring personnel performance and conducting evaluations using the Samsara tool, supporting training and onboarding for new team members, ensuring personnel meet qualifications, and handling conflict resolution to maintain positive team morale. The HUB Coordinator will also orchestrate and monitor data handling operations in accordance with client specifications, manage the collection and secure transportation of recorded data storage media, and monitor daily data collection progress against monthly targets. This role requires providing regular reporting to Project Managers on operational status, identifying and resolving operational issues proactively, reporting discrepancies, compiling daily and weekly performance metrics, and interfacing with IDIADA senior management and client stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

Responsibilities
