Requirements

Plus 1 year of warehouse environment experience
Ability to lift-up to 70 lbs. (32kg) unassisted. Typical package weight ranges from 25-35 lbs.
Intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving and multitask skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Updating package information
Validating delivery information using UPS systems
Scanning premium service packages
Assisting dispatch
Updating the package inventory systems
Performing general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software packages
Compilation of information from various sources
Handling small scale projects
Completes package and inventory recovery process.
Completes overgood process and documentation.
Generates package recovery and overgood process reports for Hub Operations and Package Care.
Processes Dangerous Goods (DG) package recovery.
Takes action to learn all product and service offerings.
Operates all office equipment (heavy machinery), software, and devices.
Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
