About The Position

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Health & Safety Senior Analyst to support health and safety across construction projects for its construction management consultancy. The role is responsible for helping ensure regulatory compliance, developing and implementing safety policies and programs, conducting site inspections and risk assessments, and guiding project teams in maintaining safe working environments. The position also supports the site safety manager with implementation and reporting on safety conditions. On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs. SOX control responsibilities may be part of the role where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Technology competence and database management skills.
• Strong understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and written skills.
• Awareness of safety, security, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Ensure construction projects comply with health and safety regulations through regular site inspections and audits.
• Create and implement workplace safety programs, emergency response plans, and construction safety policies.
• Develop and deliver health and safety training, including new-hire safety orientation.
• Conduct construction site risk assessments, safety audits, and safety meetings to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Investigate job-site safety reports, lead incident and injury evaluations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor adherence to OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, and other relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain safety documentation, including reports, permits, and compliance records.
• Ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) is available and used correctly on all sites.
• Collaborate with project managers, construction managers, and other stakeholders on risk management and safety issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve health and safety practices and implement changes.
• Support the site safety manager with safety implementation and reporting.
