The HSE Advisor conducts safety and environmental assessments and inspections of records, equipment, and facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and recordkeeping requirements. They develop, implement, and communicate safety and environmental policies and procedures across field operations. This role provides expertise in accident investigations, recommends accident reduction goals, and assists in identifying and evaluating training needs and programs. The HSE Advisor also ensures compliance with drug screening policies, maintains communication with various stakeholders, audits training efforts, and conducts regular safety training sessions and drills. The position requires working in both office and outdoor environments, in various weather conditions, and involves occasional manual labor. The HSE Advisor must prioritize safety, collaborate effectively with others, and be willing to work extended schedules, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.
