Under general supervision of the Regional Site Director and Site Lead Teacher, this role delivers high-quality Early Childhood Development services to children enrolled in site programs. This includes focusing on the educational, social, physical, nutritional, and psychological development of children under their care. The position involves communicating with parents about their child's individual progress, maintaining records of attendance and educational achievement, planning lessons, serving meals, and ensuring a healthy and safe learning environment for children. The role also requires substituting as needed in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and attending all assigned meetings and trainings as required by the program. The position supports and ensures the achievement of recruitment and enrollment goals and assists in accomplishing the program's non-federal share through community resources.
