About The Position

The HRIS Specialist administers IAVI’s HRIS and related HR technology platforms, maintains data accuracy and system configuration, supports HR processes through reporting and troubleshooting, and partners with HR, IT, Payroll, and vendors to improve system functionality and the user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HRIS administration experience, including experience administering UKG Pro, UKG Ready, or a related UKG platform.
  • Experience with HRIS implementations, integrations, upgrades, data governance, compliance reporting, and HR processes such as recruiting, payroll, benefits, performance management, learning, and talent management.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-state organization.
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other reporting/analytics tools.
  • Experience administering multiple UKG modules, such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits/Open Enrollment, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Learning, or Talent Management.
  • Experience building foundational AI capability by learning approved tools, experimenting appropriately, and applying them to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity in routine work.
  • Ability and willingness to learn and maintain the necessary computational and application skills necessary to perform the core duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Administer IAVI’s HRIS and related HR systems, including routine configuration updates, workflows, security roles, business rules, employee data structures, and HRIS documentation.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, respond to HRIS inquiries, and coordinate resolutions with vendors, IT, HR stakeholders, managers, and colleagues.
  • Support system upgrades, testing, enhancements, and new feature implementations by coordinating with HR stakeholders, IT, vendors, and end users.
  • Support HRIS integrations with other systems and organizational initiatives.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, recommend practical system enhancements, and support self-service functionality, adoption, and user experience.
  • Configure, test, maintain, and administer UKG modules and related HR technology solutions, including Benefits/Open Enrollment, Performance Management, Engagement and Pulse Surveys, Learning, Talent Management, workflows, integrations, and self-service functionality.
  • Support Open Enrollment, Performance Management, Engagement, Pulse Survey, Learning, and Talent Management module setup, testing, administration, reporting, dashboards, and post-cycle audits.
  • Assist with deployment of new HRIS functionality, workflows, integrations, system enhancements, and related user guidance.
  • Develop, maintain, validate, and analyze standard and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, metrics, compliance reports, audit data, and regulatory data requests to support workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Conduct routine data audits and apply data governance standards to support accurate records, compliance reporting, system controls, and security practices.
